Terms of Service

By downloading the iSellova mobile application or visiting this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use iSellova. These terms apply to all users of the iSellova platform, including sellers who create stores and customers who shop at those stores.

iSellova is a mobile commerce platform that enables businesses ("Sellers") to: • Create and manage an online storefront. • Accept customer orders online and in-person. • Collect payments via integrated payment providers. • Manage inventory, customers, and analytics. iSellova provides the technology platform. Sellers are responsible for their own products, services, pricing, and fulfillment.

To use iSellova as a seller, you must: • Download the mobile app and create an account. • Provide accurate, complete, and current information. • Keep your account credentials confidential. • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. • Be legally permitted to conduct business in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

As a seller on iSellova, you agree to: • Only list products and services you have the right to sell. • Provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. • Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner. • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. • Not list prohibited items (counterfeit goods, illegal products, weapons, etc.). • Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices. • Resolve customer disputes in good faith. iSellova reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these obligations.

Payment processing is handled by Snippe Financial Services. By using iSellova payments, you also agree to Snippe's terms of service. iSellova charges a platform fee on transactions processed through the payment system. Current fee rates are displayed in the app. Subscription fees (Pro plan) are billed monthly through the App Store or Google Play. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or App Store/Google Play policies. iSellova is not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment providers, banks, or mobile money operators.

iSellova and its logos, designs, and platform code are the property of iSellova and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (product images, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant iSellova a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and process that content for the purpose of providing the service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the iSellova platform.

You may not use iSellova to: • Violate any law or regulation. • Sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products. • Engage in money laundering or financial fraud. • Spam, harass, or abuse other users. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts. • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service. • Scrape or extract data without written permission. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSellova is not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. • Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, couriers, or service partners. • Downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events. iSellova's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to iSellova in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or at our discretion with notice. Upon termination, your store and its data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
